Mother’s Day Brunch

Happy Mother’s day everyone!!. I feel truly blessed to be a mother of two beautiful miracles. Not very long ago I wasn’t very hopeful if I would ever become a mother but by God’s will, I am celebrating this day with two lovely children. This day carries a very special meaning to me.

AND Happy Mother’s day, Mom!! I know you are reading.

My daughters are too little to plan anything on their own but the older one was happy to make a list of things she would like to do with her Mommy. One of them was of course cooking and eating al fresco. Weather did not cooperate at all so we ended up eating inside. Although,  she also wrote a poem for me and drew my portrait. Total awesomeness. The toddler heard everyone saying Happy Mother’s Day so she said Happy Birthday to me. That was hilarious.

The menu included French Toast with berries and powdered sugar on top, Arugula Salad with grilled Apricots, Asparagus and green peas Frittata and of course Chai Tea.

I will post have posted recipes individually in the coming week and also post links here  and the links are above.

I have a few pictures for you of my table.
