Indian Platter

Initially when I started this blog, the idea was to post only the recipes from around the world. As I am looking more into our eating habits, our family eats Indian food about half the time. Because of the kiddos and also our changed taste buds, I try to make Indian food not so hot and spicy as I had in my childhood. I do try to retain the taste though as much as possible. I thought there probably are many families in India and around the world where this blog has reached who eat Indian food but would like it more on the non spicy side. Venturing into the world of Indian recipes. Please please do leave a comment with a question or just your thoughts or may be you would like to see a certain recipe here. I would love to see it and I always reply  as soon as possible.
